The city is to allocate $760,547 in Community Development Block Grant money and $756,676 in Home Investment Partnership funds. At a public hearing in March, the Community Development Advisory Committee evaluated 16 requests for funding and picked 13 to give money to. The council makes the final decision at a public hearing Monday during its meeting at 7 p.m. in the Council Meeting Room at City Hall, 225 Fifth St. The committee recommended giving $321,891 to St. Vincent de Paul Vin·cent de Paul , Saint 1581-1660.
