Council of Engineering reveals 24 Diamond Award winners.The American Council of Engineering Companies of New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of will honor member firms for outstanding engineering projects in the United States and abroad at its gala annual dinner dance on April 1. The ceremony will be held in the Grand Ballroom of the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel. Twenty-four Diamond Awards will be presented for projects in several categories, including environmental, water and wastewater, transportation, structural systems and building technology systems, studies, research and surveying and mapping. Seventy Platinum, Gold and Silver Awards will also be awarded.
