Council in grave tool shed gaffe.

A COUNCIL is under fire after allowing workers at a cemetery to use a crypt crypt (krĭpt) [Gr.,=hidden], vault or chamber beneath the main level of a church, used as a meeting place or burial place. It undoubtedly developed from the catacombs used by early Christians as places of worship.  as a tool shed tool shed ncobertizo (para herramientas) .

Gardeners at the Grange Cemetery in Edinburgh have upset locals by shoving spades and even a lawnmower inside the 100-year-old tomb.

But community leaders were stunned stun

 to learn that the weird storage solution was officially sanctioned by the city council.

Gordon Buchan, secretary of Marchmont and Sciennes Community Council, said: "Using a crypt as a tool shed shows a complete lack of respect."

But Edinburgh City Council last night defended the practice.

Mike Drewry, director of environmental services said: "Because of vandals the crypt is currently the only secure and lockable location in the cemetery."
