The charity provides kennels for dogs which are abandoned or given up by their owners. Rehoming Centre think life on a farm or small-holding would be perfect for him. Spokeswoman Rhia Stankovic said: 'Podge, who can be described as a bit of a character and very independently minded, loves the outdoor life and he's not really a house pet. But he is house trained and would be happy to sleep in the kitchen/utility room at night. 'He gets on brilliantly with male and female dogs, loves his grub (hence the name), and is obsessed with toys - the only time he doesn't have a toy in his mouth is when he is eating.
