HOW TO ENTER

We want your pictures. Sending them to us is simple - just take a head shot picture with your mobile camera phone or digital camera, and send it to 07713 888008, with a text message that starts with the keyword MODEL - we'll send you a message to confirm receipt.

You can also enter online. All you have to do is go to www.coventrytelegraph.net and follow the instructions.

You must be aged between 16-35 to enter.

If you entered our Top Model competition last year and didn't win, you can enter again this year.

To enter via text, just follow these steps:

Ensure your camera phone is set to the highest resolution.

Take the photo.

Select sending your photo via multimedia message.

Add in your name, where you're from and your age.

Remember to start your message with the keyword: MODEL

Send your message to 07713 888008.

Or remember you can go online to www.coventrytelegraph.net, and follow the instructions.

Entries are to be received by noon tomorrow. All pictures entered will be featured online and in paper in May for voting.

The 15 finalists will then be treated to a day of pampering at one of Theo's hair salons and entered into the final round of voting.

THE TOP 15 ENTRANTS WILL:

Experience a professional photo-shoot including make-up, hair and styling with Theo Georgio.

Each will receive a framed A4 photograph of their chosen shot.

Opportunity for their photos to feature in national hair and beauty mags.

THE OVERALL WINNER WILL GET:
