Coty Inc. Continues Global Strategy with Appointment of New Executive Vice President, Operations.

Peter Harf, Chairman and CEO of Coty Inc., one of the world's leading fragrance and cosmetics company, announces the appointment of Mr. Keshi Renjen to Executive Vice President, Operations of Coty Inc.

Renjen, who will move from Sanford, North Carolina, will be based in Coty's headquarters in New York City. In his new role, Renjen will have global responsibility for all manufacturing and distribution operations, including logistics, production, purchasing and quality assurance.

Renjen is a respected veteran of the fragrance, beauty and pharmaceuticals industries, having spent 14 years with Cosmair/L'Oreal, where he served as Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, and a decade with Schering-Plough Corporation. Renjen brings his valuable business and operating experience, plus his background as an engineer, to his position at Coty. Renjen's skills and acumen complement the company's business objective and strategy set in place by Harf.
