This reciprocal relationship will merge the project-based integration and implementation services of Cotelligent with the patented advanced business workflow products of icomXpress to deliver advanced knowledge management solutions to clients of Cotelligent and icomXpress.

Cotelligent's participation in the KeyPartner program enables Cotelligent to collaborate with icomXpress' worldwide sales team, including regional sales management, marketing, inside sales and technical support. Elements of the partnership include mutual client referrals, joint marketing programs, participation in partner events, and a variety of training sessions through which Cotelligent professionals will become certified to integrate and deploy icXpertSOLUTION Suite. Additionally, the alliance will likely entail utilization of Cotelligent IT Education Centers as icomXpress' Western Region Customer Training locations.

Exploratory collaborative project discussions are already underway with several clients, including a top automotive manufacturer, one of the largest grocery retailers in the country, and a major state seaport. Cotelligent and icomXpress are also planning to participate together at the Information Technology Exposition Conference (ITEC) at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, OR, on November 7-8.
