PARENTS are putting plasma TVs in their baby's nurseries, a survey claimed yesterday.

And the bill for one in 10 nurseries spirals more than pounds 1000 over budget.

But sensible Scots mums and dads shell out just pounds 574. The survey found one in five kids under three have a TV in their room.

Halifax's Vicky Emmot said: "Many expectant EXPECTANT. Having relation to, or depending upon something; this word is frequently used in connexion with fee, as fee expectant.  parents are unaware how the cost of cribs, baby monitors and toys mounts up."
