 BB: CMOZ), a leading Internet holding and venture company, announced today that the company has filed an Amended 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The Amended 8-K filing contains additional details and audited financial information for the fiscal year ended June 30, 1999, related to the company's merger with Ivory Acquisition Corporation. These are pursuant to Rule 12g-3(a) of the General Rules and Regulations of the SEC and take effect upon the merger with Cosmoz.com becoming the successor issuer to Ivory for reporting purposes under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Cosmoz.com elects to report effective January 5, 2000.
