 -- Cosmopolitan Magazine and Maybelline New York set out to collect "Kisses for the Troops" on Veteran's Day, Wednesday, November 11th to benefit the USO of Metropolitan New York with AnnaLynne McCord (90210's Naomi Clark) donating the first kiss.  with uniformed personnel and asked consumers to kiss a postcard resulting in more than 1,800 kisses collected. The kisses will ultimately be delivered to servicemen overseas.

"Tons of kisses were collected today, says Donna Kalajian Lagani, publisher, Cosmopolitan. "We're thrilled to enlist the help of Maybelline and New Yorkers to help us set a Guinness World Record and support the troops at the same time."

Cosmopolitan and Maybelline donated one dollar for each kiss collected to the USO and set a brand new Guinness World Record for the most lip prints collected in 12 hours on Guinness World Record Day.

Maybelline New York provided various shades of ColorSensational lipcolor in the Cosmo Kisses for the Troops Van to create the lip prints.
