MELVILLE, N.Y. -- CosmoCom, the global leader in Unified Customer Communications, announced today it has strengthened both its Americas sales team and its international technical team with the appointment of four new key executives.

Dolenc is known for his abilities to initiate, negotiate and finalize complex deals with customers in vertical segments such as telecommunications, finance, retail, engineering, and Internet. He brings over 25 years of technical, sales and marketing experience in technology, including Intergraph, Sun, SCO (The SCO Group, Lindon, UT, www.sco.com) A leading vendor of Unix operating systems for the x86 platform. SCO had also offered Linux, but abandoned the line in the spring of 2003. The SCO Group is the combination of two companies: Utah-based Caldera, Inc. , and HP.

Two key sales executives for North America have also joined the CosmoCom team. Steve Jackson, formerly vice president for eastern North America of Aspect Software, has been named vice president of sales for the Americas division, and Mike Odenwald, formerly a manager of contact center solutions for AT&T, is now CosmoCom's regional director for the mid-Atlantic region.

The Americas organization reports to Ben Eisner, President of CosmoCom Americas, to drive growth in this hemisphere. "Steve and Mike will hit the ground running," said Eisner. "We're telling the story of Unified Customer Communications, and enterprises throughout North and South America like what they're hearing."

Meir Kisos, a telecommunications engineer with more than two decades of experience in managing the development, support, and sales of telecom products, is CosmoCom's new assistant vice president for international technical Operations. Kisos' most recent position was vice president for the RTBD division of Comverse in Tel Aviv, Israel.
