Cosmetochem, Lipoid partner in personal care.

Cosmetochem International Ltd. and Lipoid GmbH have formed a partnership to develop and promote their raw materials to the personal care industry.

This agreement will allow both Cosmochem and Lipoid to draw on the expertise of the other in order to optimize their R&D and maximize sales growth worldwide, according to a press statement.

Dr. Olaf Marks will become a member of the Board of Directors of Cosmetochem while Dr. Herbert Rebmann will take over as chief executive officer (CEO) of Cosmetochem.

Dr. Rebmann is a pharmacist and has extensive experience with the development of botanical extracts and activity from plants. He has been director of Lipoid GmbH for many years. More info: www.cosmetochem.ch.
