Coryphaeus Software Closes Equity Private Placement with Three Silicon Valley Investment Leaders; Private Placement Enables Real-Time 3D Graphics Leader to Invest in Long-Term Growth.

Participating in the private placement are Volpe, Welty & Co.; Kline, Hawkes & Co.; and high-tech financier Arthur Rock Arthur Rock (born August 19, 1926) is a venture capitalist of Silicon Valley, California.
