) has successfully completed its field trial of Corvis' all-optical networking products.

Corvis will begin delivering these high-capacity products during the first quarter of 2001 for commercial deployment in Williams' nationwide network. Williams and Corvis have extended their contract from the previous two-year, $200 million agreement to a multi-year, $300 million agreement.
