Corvero Networks Announces Availability of New Applications for Cisco IP Phones: RapidBroadcast and VirtualDirectory.

Corvero Networks, Inc. (www.corvero.com), a subsidiary of CNH Holdings (OTCBB:CNHC), today announced the first sales of two new applications developed for customers using Cisco IP Phone systems (NASDAQ:CSCO) and the Corvero Convergence Server(TM) (CCS) -- RapidBroadcast(TM) and VirtualDirectory(TM).

RapidBroadcast(TM) is a robust message broadcasting service/application designed to deliver messages to Cisco IP telephones, PCs, and/or wireless devices in a controlled, secure and reliable manner. This service enables the distribution of messages to specific groups with specified priority level.

VirtualDirectory(TM) is a voice-enabled directory system that allows telephone users, both internal and external, to access corporate information quickly without time consuming tree-based systems. Callers can use their touch tone phone or voice-enabled commands to request information or to be directed to the appropriate extension.

These applications, like Corvero's other existing applications, are based upon the patent-pending Corvero Convergence Server(TM) technology, and can be easily configured to meet specific customer requirements, leveraging the simple tools available on the platform.
