First of all, the Company is in negotiations to acquire the rights to 10-15 oil fields This list of oil fields includes major fields of the past and present. The list is incomplete; there are more than 40,000 oil and gas fields of all sizes in the world[1].  in Trinidad, Colorado Trinidad is city in Las Animas County, Colorado, United States. According to 2006 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 9077.[1] It is the county seat of Las Animas CountyGR6. . The second project under serious consideration is the acquisition of a 45% interest in a residential development project in West Virginia West Virginia, E central state of the United States. , worth approximately $3.5M. The Company has decided to pursue this project due to a well-known architect that has been retained to design the residences. The site plan and further details on this project will be released in short order.

The third project that is in the negotiation phase is the acquisition of a 10% stake in a major development project in Paris, France. The parcel of land consists of 108 hectares or 10M sq. ft. and will be utilized in several ways, including the construction of residences; parks and similar conservation areas; and retirement homes. CDVJ will be responsible for assisting in project management, which involves hiring the required staff to ensure the timely completion of the project. This will be a very profitable venture due to the fact that the current demand for land in France is high, especially for this type of project as the development laws require that the sites of all industrial companies include a specific percentage of "green space" property.
