 now support prepaid roaming between their markets in Sao Paulo, Brazil using Corsair's PrePay Open interface software. The inauguration of prepaid roaming between TESS and BCP was timed as part of a nationwide celebration of the 500th anniversary of the discovery of Brazil, on April 21, 1500.
