Robert M. Mayer, 37, has been promoted to Vice President - Corporate Controller. Mr. Mayer joined Corrpro in January 1998 as Assistant Controller and had previously been Director of Finance of Premier Farnell This article or section is written like an .

Dennis E. Weyhe, 42, has been promoted to Corporate Operations Controller. Mr. Weyhe joined Corrpro in April 1996 as Senior Financial Analyst and has most recently served as Operations Controller for several of the Company's operating units. Prior to joining Corrpro, Mr. Weyhe served as Assistant Controller of the Kirby Company The Kirby Company is a manufacturer of vacuum cleaners and home cleaning accessories, based in Cleveland, Ohio. It is a subsidiary of the Scott Fetzer Company and part of Berkshire Hathaway. . In addition, he had prior experience with Ross Environmental. Stanley P. Zupan, 52, has been promoted to Vice President - Information Technology. Mr. Zupan, who joined Corrpro in June 1998 as Manager of IT, has over 30 years of experience in the IT area. Most recently he had served as Director of MIS of First Union Real Estate Investments. Mr. Zupan is a graduate of Capital University with a BA in MIS and Management.

All three report to Neal R. Restivo, Corrpro's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
