Corridor Announces Correction to Information Circular.

) announces that it wishes to amend the Information Circular dated December 29, 2004 for the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders to be held on February 3, 2005. The list of principal holders of Common Shares of Corridor, located on page 3 of the Information Circular under the heading "Principal Holders of Common Shares", did not to include Sprott Asset Management Inc.The description of the principal holders of Common Shares is amended as follows.

To the knowledge of the directors and officers of Corridor, the only persons or companies that beneficially own, directly or indirectly, or control or direct over 10% or more of the voting rights attached to the Common Shares as at December 29, 2004 and as at January 14, 2005 are as follows:
