Esophageal cancer is a malignancy that develops in tissues of the hollow, muscular canal (esophagus) along which food and liquid travel from the throat to the stomach.
 called "adenocarcinoma adenocarcinoma: see neoplasm. " as "adenoma adenoma: see neoplasm. ."

* On p. 8 of the May issue ("A DASHing Pyramid"), we stated that a serving of dried fruit is 1/2 cup. In fact, a serving is 1/4 cup.
