Its activities include producing fraud information, tools and training. The ACFE does not bestow the CFS credential. It awards the respected Certified Fraud Examiner Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) is a designation awarded by The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). The ACFE is a 41,000 member-based global association dedicated to providing anti-fraud education and training. (CFE) credential. ACFE has more than 40,000 members and the CFE is officially recognized by the FBI, the RCMP in Canada, and the U.S. Department of Justice.
