Correction.The Journal often prints quotations at the end of selected articles. In the September issue, two of the quotations had misspellings in the names of the quoted authors. On page 897, the correct spelling of the author's name Noun 1. author's name - the name that appears on the by-line to identify the author of a work writer's name name - a language unit by which a person or thing is known; "his name really is George Washington"; "those are two names for the same thing" is Stewart Alsop Stewart Johonnot Oliver Alsop (May 17, 1914 – May 26, 1974) was an American newspaper columnist and political analyst.
