The story, Co-ordinators appointed to safe staffing 'demo' sites, in Last month's Kai Tiaki Nursing New Zealand (p7), incorrectly referred in Helen Thomas as a charge nurse at Manukau Super Clinic and Penny Horton as midwife leader/adviser at Tauranga Hospital. We regret the error. Thomas has been seconded to the Safe Staffing and Healthy Workplaces Unit's demonstration site at Counties Manukau, District Health Board (DHB) for nine months from her rake as Whai Manaaki facilitator with the quality improvement unit at the DHB. Horton has also been seconded to the demonstration site at Bay of Plenty DHB from her role as nurse/midwife recruiter at the DHB.
