In the December December: see month. 2006 issue of Northern Ontario Business Northern Ontario Business is a Canadian magazine, which publishes monthly in Greater Sudbury, Ontario. The magazine covers business news and issues in Northern Ontario. on EEC EEC: see European Economic Community. Energy Corp., it was reported that Gerald Dykstra of Circle 'D' Farms owns the technology at their lab site. In fact, he does not own the technology that EEC is commercializing. The design and processing changes made are wholly owned by their IP holding company through which EEC holds a licence to market the technology.
