Derek Resources Corporation reported earlier today that on May 4, 2001 the company filed a motion in the District Court of the Sixth Judicial District for Wyoming requesting a partial summary judgment in its favour against Asdar Group, Inc. That news release contained a typographical error typographical error - (typo) An error while inputting text via keyboard, made despite the fact that the user knows exactly what to type in.
