 has affirmed Citi Residential Lending Inc.'s (CRLI CRLI Communist Revolutionary League of India

), residential servicer ratings as follows:

--Primary servicer rating for subprime product at 'RPS3+';

--Special servicer rating at 'RSS3+'.

The primary and special servicer ratings are based on the company's experienced management team, capable loan administration practices, progressive technology, proficient default management practices and procedures, and effectiveness in managing and resolving subprime, nonperforming and subperforming residential mortgages. The servicer rating also incorporate the strong financial condition of CRLI's parent, Citibank, N.A. (Citibank), rated 'AA/F1+', Outlook Negative, by Fitch.

In a transaction that closed on Sept. 1, 2007, CRLI, a subsidiary of Citibank, acquired the mortgage servicing Mortgage servicing

The company is the largest privately held retail mortgage lender in the United States and the largest subprime lender by volume. ACCCH is owned by Roland Arnall.  Corporation, the former parent of AMC (Advanced Mezzanine Card) See AdvancedTCA.  Mortgage Services, Inc. (AMC) and the mortgage servicing platform of AMC. CRLI's servicing operations are located in Rancho Cucamonga Rancho Cucamonga (răn`chō k'kəmäng`gə), city (1990 pop. 101,409), San Bernardino co., S Calif. , CA, and Schaumburg, IL. CRLI's two servicing centers provide the company with scalability, fully redundant call center operations, access to geographically diverse labor markets, and disaster recovery flexibility. As of August 30, 2007, CRLI was servicing over 300,000 loans totaling $48.7 billion, with 99% of the portfolio comprised of subprime mortgages.

The rating actions reflect the challenges that still face the company in maintaining servicing quality and implementing its business strategy of servicing expansion through acquisitions, third party servicing and subservicing opportunities, while adapting to Citibank's culture, management and operations. Fitch will continue to monitor CRLI's ability to maintain servicing performance as it pursues its servicing initiatives and integrates its business processes with Citibank in a high delinquency servicing environment.
