(This is an amended version of a press release issued yesterday, containing revised information on the median debt-to-equity ratio debt-to-equity ratio

--Management's willingness and ability to use excess resources to protect the SHFA's long-term credit quality;

--SHFA's relationship with state government and the public purpose role it serves.
