 reinstates the Long- and Short-term ratings ('AA+'/'F1+') of Citigroup Global Market Holdings Inc. These ratings are based on the guarantee of Citigroup, Inc. as noted in the February 11, 2005 press release.

The following ratings have been reinstated by Fitch:

Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc.

-- Long-term issuer 'AA+';

-- Short-term issuer 'F1+'.
