Corporation Service Company(R) Launches Patent-Pending Risk Management Solution to Help Brand Owners With Their Domain Strategy.


WILMINGTON, Del. & LONDON -- Corporation Service Company (CSC (Card Security Code) A three- or four-digit number printed on the back of credit cards for security purposes. Called "Card Verification Value" (CVV) by Visa, "Card Validation Code" (CVC) by MasterCard and "Card Identification (CID) by American Express and Discover, ), the leading corporate name management and brand protection company, today announced the launch of the industry's first risk management software, Domain Baseline(sm). This patent pending software employs risk management techniques to help brand owners' make decisions regarding which domain names to register in order to best protect their brands.

A recent study conducted by CSC[R] of 30 major brands (that accounted for 65,000 domains registrations), found that over 75% of the domain name registrations that referenced the brand name were registered to third-parties.
