Corporate and Technology Expert Melinda Brown Joins Gadsby Hannah LLP.

BOSTON -- Former Vice President and General Counsel for Sonus Networks and Lotus Development Corporation Will Focus Practice on Corporate Law

Gadsby Hannah LLP, a leading business and technology law firm, announced today that Melinda J. Brown has joined the firm as a partner. Ms. Brown comes to the firm with extensive experience advising executive officers and board members on general corporate law, governance and technology matters, as well as providing legal expertise to a number of companies in the New England technology community including Sonus Networks, a publicly held telecommunications company, where she most recently served as Vice President and General Counsel. At Sonus, Ms. Brown had responsibility for worldwide legal affairs, business development, corporate governance and compliance. While at Sonus she oversaw the successful completion and integration of the $400M acquisition of Telecom Technologies, Inc.

Prior to Sonus Networks, Ms. Brown served as Vice President and General Counsel for Lotus Development Corporation, where she held management and budget responsibility for worldwide legal and government affairs for the $1B business software company.
