TULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--August 20, 1996--Corporate Vision, Inc. (Nasdaq BB: CVIA) today announced its operating results for the three months and six months ended June 30, 1996.

Revenue for the second quarter of 1996 was $241,047, an increase of 700% compared to revenue of $30,113 for the second quarter of 1995. Net income for the second quarter of 1996 was $5,011 compared to a net loss of $(138,735) for the second quarter of 1995.

Revenue for the six months ended June 30, 1996 was $485,115, an increase of 436% compared to revenue of $90,486 for the six months ended June 30, 1995. Net income for the six months ended June 30, 1996 was $9,649 compared to a net loss of $(214,887) for the six months ended June 30, 1995.
