Corporate Vision Inc. and ROCO Petroleum, Inc. Announces the Successful Completion of the Hodges No. X-1 Well.

TULSA, Ok. and Abilene, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 1, 1999--

Corporate Vision Inc. (OTCBB: CVIA) is pleased to announce on the behalf of CVI-Resources (a wholly owned subsidiary of CVIA.) In its first joint venture with ROCO Petroleum, The Hodges No. 1-X was successfully completed in the Ellenburger Dolomite formation on Thursday October 28th.

The Hodges No. X-1 well is a multi payzone well located in Jones County, Texas. ROCO completed the deepest of three payzones they believe to be productive of oil and gas. The well came in flowing at 112 BOPD with no water and an undeterminable amount of natural gas. ROCO perforated 5,349' to 5,355' with thirteen holes (two shots per foot). The perforations were cleaned up with a 300 gallon acid treatment (7 1/2% HCL). The well kicked off flowing and was hooked up to a test tank for further testing and production. ROCO chose to leave the upper two payzones inactive and as resesrves for future production.

ROCO will begin installation of necessary surface equipment and storage tanks as soon as possible. Upon installation of separation equipment, an evaluation of the gas volumes and qualities will be made and presented for gas purchasers' review. Historic gas to oil ratios in the area from this formation have been 800 - 1000 : 1.

CVI-Resources is thirty percent owner of the Hodges No. X-1 and is negotiating to enter into additional Texas drilling projects with ROCO Petroleum Inc.
