:WLGC) today announced that the Company believes that technology utilized extensively in the auto industry is in breach of numerous claims in the Company's patented technology.

Because of the size of the target market of approximately US$40 billion a year and growing, the Company is moving cautiously and making strategic decisions as to how and when to approach this enormous market.

"Management believes the Company can expect to realize significant income from patent-related licenses in 2006," commented Frank Evanshen, WordLogic's President and Chief Executive Officer. "It is our intention to seek royalties ranging from 5% - 8% of sales of the infringing technology."

In other corporate news, the Company announced it has completed development of the WordLogic Predictive Keyboard for Desktop Computers v4.2 and has commenced with the Beta release See beta version.  to selected users. It is expected that version v4.2 will be available for commercial release on December 1, 2005.
