Corporate Software, the worldwide leader in Software Asset Management (SAM) services and related technologies, today announced the appointment of Craig Craig   , Edward Gordon 1872-1966.

Mr. Singler will head a group of four divisions in establishing a framework that will effectively introduce the company's solutions into the marketplace. Mr. Singler's expertise in software sales will be instrumental in leading Corporate Software's Solution Development group to successfully develop and launch Software Asset Management solutions. Some of his top priorities include implementing a new process for software selection and solution launch, as well as working internally to expand current services. Mr. Singler will also be responsible for leveraging vendor relationships that will provide a strong base for Corporate Software's SAM business.

Mr. Singler will oversee the following four areas within the organization:

--SAM Consulting & eAxis Implementation Services

--Emerging Technology

--SAM Solutions

These four groups represent key elements in Corporate Software's transition to a Software Asset Management solution provider.
