) of a corporate restructuring whereby Greg Martyr has accepted the position of Chief Executive Officer and Julian Malnic has resigned as Managing Director. Mr. Martyr, previously Consultant Business Development, has been with TRO for the past year and played an important role in taking the Company through the listing process on the Australian Stock Exchange Australian Stock Exchange (ASX)

Australia's major securities market, formed when the six state stock exchanges (Adelaide, Brisbane, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney stock exchanges) were merged in 1987.
. TRO's media release regarding this change states;

"The directors of Tri Origin Minerals Limited ("the Company") advise that Mr Julian Malnic has resigned as the Managing Director of the Company effective from 21 July 2004.

"Mr Gregory Martyr has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer as an interim measure until a suitable full time replacement can be appointed. Mr. Martyr has been involved in the Company in various roles and was instrumental in the listing of the Company in January this year. He has had significant experience in the management of mining companies, corporate development and investment banking. From 1994 to 2003 he worked in several roles in the Normandy Mining Group, including heading business development in a joint venture based in France with operations throughout Europe and Africa, head of Normandy Canada and president of a Normandy joint venture based in Brazil with operations throughout the Americas.

"The directors also advise that the drilling program at the Lewis Ponds tenements is continuing unaffected by this change in management and it is expected that the results of the program will be announced in the near future."

As noted in the release, initial results from the drilling program now in progress at the Lewis Ponds gold and base metal deposit in New South Wales New South Wales, state (1991 pop. 5,164,549), 309,443 sq mi (801,457 sq km), SE Australia. It is bounded on the E by the Pacific Ocean. Sydney is the capital. The other principal urban centers are Newcastle, Wagga Wagga, Lismore, Wollongong, and Broken Hill. , Australia are expected shortly.
