Michael Myers and Diane K. Wilson, recognized leaders in real estate equity/lease advisory and the architects of some of New York's most ingenious transactions, announce the formation of Corporate Realty Partners, Ltd., serving corporations and institutions in the acquisition and disposition of real estate facilities.

Corporate Realty Partners (CRP) is structured to direct and manage a full complement of outsourced real estate services, essentially replacing or supporting real estate departments with an efficient and knowledgeable team of experts.

Nationally, they are recognized as the team that revolutionized the commercial condominium business in the 1990s by establishing a vital new market for that form of real estate.

Among their most celebrated recent transactions, Myers and Wilson represented the New York Blood Center in the acquisition of 22 Ericsson Place, a 165,000-square-foot property in TriBeCa.

Further, they are the team responsible for the successful repositioning and disposition of 420 Fifth Avenue through the creation of a commercial condominium conversion plan. Under the direction of Myers and Wilson, this 600,000-square-foot property, which had been virtually empty for a number of years, was transformed into a commercial condominium in just seven weeks and quickly became home to the Girl Scouts of the USA, the Rockefeller Foundation, Turner/CNN, and several foreign corporations.

Currently, the team is representing the Banco Nacional de Comercia Exterior and the Trade Mission of Mexico in the leasing of new and expanded headquarters in Midtown Manhattan.

Prior to forming Corporate Realty Partners, Myers and Wilson served, respectively, as president and managing director of Newmark Real Estate Service's Equity Advisory Group.

Meyers is an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate at New York University. A Certified Public Accountant, Myers is known for his ability to structure technical transactions within the framework of tax, balance sheet and profit and loss objections. His professional affiliations include the Real Estate Board of New York, and the International Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives. Myers is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Friends of Academia Mexicana de Derecho Internacional as a Real Property Investments Faculty Advisor.

Wilson, who successfully completed actions in the past two years, is recognized for her ability to develop innovative deal structures for a vast array of clients. A member of the Real Estate Board of New York, Wilson is active in numerous civic and philanthropic organizations, including the Advisory Board of the prestigious Friends of Academia Mexicana de Derecho Internacional as a Real Property Investments Faculty Advisor. In addition to her responsibilities as president of CRP, Wilson also serves as the firm's chief executive officer.
