Spinelli joined PMLA in 1998 as a project manager, and subsequently completed a 100,000-square-foot West Hills campus for DeVRY Inc. and Candle Corp.'s 350,000-square-foot site renovation and corporate office project in El Segundo El Segundo (ĕl sēgŭn`dō), industrial city (1990 pop. 15,223), Los Angeles co., S Calif., on Santa Monica Bay; inc. 1917. Its products include navigation and computer systems, aircraft parts, office machines, telephone apparatus, and . The appointment coincides with PMLA's transition from a regional to national consulting practice, requiring Gingold's commitment to secure additional resources and pursue opportunities for the company on a broader scale.
