retailer of home entertainment and consumer electronics in Colorado,
Nevada, New Mexico and Utah, and has recently opened one store each
in Idaho and Oklahoma. The company currently operates 18 stores,

the balance of the stores under the trade name Ultimate Electronics.
Since 1993, the company has opened nine large-format Ultimate
