Marketing and Sales.

A joint venture with Raycom, Jefferson-Pilot Sports and the Atlantic Coast Conference The Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) is a collegiate athletic league in the United States. Founded in 1953, the ACC's twelve member universities compete in twenty sports in the NCAA's Division I.  led to the creation of ACC See adaptive cruise control.  Properties, a unique marketing and promotions arm of one of the nation's most marketable intercollegiate athletic conferences. Raycom also markets and sells made-for-television events for a variety of entities, including the Toyota Gator Bowl and Cotton Bowl for Liberty Sports; and Phoenix Communications' Sports NewSatellite.

For a number of years, Raycom has achieved a high level of success marketing title sponsorships. In 1995, Raycom sold the Frito-Lay Corp. The title sponsorship of the Fiesta Bowl to form the Tostitos Fiesta Bow that determined the 1995 college football national champion. Raycom also brought together Fieldcrest Cannon with the LPGA for the Fieldcrest Cannon Classic, Carquest Auto Parts for the Carquest Bowl and DIRECTV for the DIRECTV Great Eight.

Raycom became a sales and distribution agent for LIN Television's package of Texas Rangers baseball. Raycom will handle the distribution of the outer-market over-the-air broadcasts, in addition to selling the advertising time.

College Sports.

Through a unique agreement that began in 1992 and was recently extended through the end of the century, Raycom schedules, televises games in every region of the country on ABC ABC
 in full American Broadcasting Co.

Major U.S. television network. It began when the expanding national radio network NBC split into the separate Red and Blue networks in 1928.
, providing all of the network's college basketball programming. PaineWebber recently became the title sponsor of the package, now named "PaineWebber College Basketball on ABC."

In addition, Raycom serves as the exclusive advertising and station sales representative for Liberty Sports' syndicated packages of Pacific-10 and Big 12 Conference football. Raycom also represents Southeastern Conference football and basketball and Atlantic Coast Conference football for JP Sports.

Entertainment.

Through an innovative five-year agreement with Elvis Presley Enterprises Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc. (EPE) is a corporate entity created by the "Elvis Presley Trust" to conduct business and manage its assets.

After Elvis Presley's death, Elvis's will appointed his father, Vernon Presley, as executor and trustee.
, Raycom produces a series of special programs from Graceland and will produce a special surrounding the 20th anniversary of Presley's death.

In December '95, Raycom produced and distributed a New Year's Eve special from Universal Studios featuring Boyz II Men Boyz II Men is an American R&B/soul singing group from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Founded in 1988 as a quintet which originally included Marc Nelson, Boyz II Men found fame as a quartet, with members Nathan Morris, Michael McCary, Shawn Stockman, and Wanya Morris, on Motown , as well as Holidays at Home, a holiday special with a number of the nation's top entertainment figures.
