Parity Systems Inc. is the 65th largest privately-held company in Silicon Valley, California, with annual revenues in excess of $30 million. Founded in 1986, Parity's initial product was a memory upgrade for Sun Microsystems' Sun-2 workstation which quadrupled the workstation's memory capacity, as compared to Sun's configuration.
