Company description: PC Crisis Line is a general help desk providing prompt and efficient 24 hour telephone support for PC users. The company supports home, small business and corporate users, and provides contract technical assistance for software companies. The service costs $3 per minute for the first ten minutes, $1 for each additional minute, charged to a credit card or company account. Company accounts are billed monthly with a log of the calls made. Results are guaranteed. If personnel can't help with a problem, there is no charge, and information on other resources, if available, is provided free. 6 There are no long waits on hold. If a call isn't is·n't

 is immediately put into voice mail to leave a message. Calls are almost always returned in 10 - 30 minutes. If a call isn't returned within 30 minutes; that caller gets two free minutes. Charges only apply to time on the phone working on a problem. Sometimes a problem requires research and a call back. There is no charge for this research.

The best use of the service is to get quick answers to those small nagging questions that waste time and cut down on productivity.
