--Organogenesis has entered into an agreement with Sandoz Ltd. granting Sandoz global marketing rights to Apligraf. Organogenesis receives royalties on all Apligraf sales, as well as a per unit manufacturing payment. Additionally, Organogenesis receives milestone payments, research support and equity investments. Sandoz bears all sales and marketing costs worldwide, as well as all responsibility and costs for product registration outside the U.S.
