(NBS) was founded in February 1973 in Aspen, Colorado, USA and incorporated in 1975. NBS mission is to identify, develop, and support athletes of color who will win international and Olympic winter sports competitions representing the United Inc. Each club is assigned to one of four regions: Eastern, Midwestern, Rocky Mountain, and Western. There are 81 chapters throughout the United States and in 72 cities and 33 states. Our fiscal year runs from May 1 to April 30. The national elected officers hold two terms and elections are held on the even year 1996.
