Each Lexon Medical center is established through the creation of a partnership between the medical billing company ownership and Lexon Medical National, Inc. In addition to its partnering concept, beginning in June 1996, Lexon Medical is now seeking acquisition opportunities with select billing companies.

Founded in 1993, Lexon Medical National, Inc.'s centralized processing Processing performed in one computer or in a cluster of coupled computers in a single location. Centralized processing evolved from the computers in the 1960s, which were stand-alone with all input and output in the same room.  reduces cost, improves efficiencies and allows for the introduction of new technologies.
