Imprint Records was an American country music record label established in 1994 as Veritas Music Entertainment, Inc. The label has been defunct since 1997.
 was formed in July 1995 by former Sony Nashville President Roy Wunsch and former High Five Entertainment President Bud Schaetzle. Launched as a public company (Nasdaq Small Cap), Imprint is traded under the symbol IMPR IMPR Impractical . Its warrants trade under the symbol IMPRW.

Imprint is committed to country music, primarily to singer/songwriters whom they feel will make enduring musical contributions. Their mission is to seek out unique and rare artists with potential for long-term careers. The label focuses on a few carefully selected artists and surrounds them with label-funded strategic development planning and execution.

Award-winning singer/songwriter Gretchen Peter's first album, "The Secret of Life," marked the label's official debut in record stores on June 4. Additionally in 1996, Imprint released albums by Canadian Male Vocalist of the Year Charlie Major, "Here And Now;" famed songwriter/guitarist Al Anderson People named Al Anderson include:
  • Al Anderson (Wailers), of the Wailers Band reggae group
  • Al Anderson (NRBQ), of the rock and roll band NRBQ
, "Pay Before You Pump;" and a CD/cassette country version of the "Macarena" which generated more than 70,000 orders.

1997 plans include the release of singer/songwriter Jeff Wood's debut, "Between The Earth And The Stars," in late January; Bob Woodruff's "Desire Road" in late March; and a debut album for the label's newest signee sign·ee
