 del Oro and Barita de Sonora mines in Mexico and the Nixon Fork and Aurora mines in the United States.

Through its recent acquisitions in Mexico, the company has increased its precious metal reserves six-fold to 1.2 million gold equivalent ounces comprised of: 598,000 ounces of gold and 47 million ounces of silver. In addition, the company reserves includes 28 million pounds of copper and 4 million tonnes of barite.

Nevada Goldfields' precious metals geologic resources now exceed 4.5 million gold equivalent ounces. The company is projected to double its production in fiscal 1997. Nevada Goldfields conducts extensive exploration and development at all six mines. The company is actively seeking new acquisitions in North, South and Latin America.
