     The primary benefit of CMD's microdisplays over competitive
microdisplay products is the ability to support a refresh rate of
85-120 Hz, which is required for Microsoft's PC '99 specification, and
is optimized for MPEG-2 video content, Windows CE and Symbian's EPOC
32 operating systems.
     Pricing for the unique CMD-based microdisplay is <$50 in OEM
volumes.
     Evaluation kits and microdisplays are available directly through
CMD or Planar Corporation through one of their 22 worldwide sales
offices and distribution partners.
     CMD is a privately held company that was founded in 1996. CMD
