Company description: Chemed Corp. is a diversified service-oriented company with more than 7,000 employees in four major operations:

-- The Omnia Group (100% owned), a provider of high-quality, low-cost medical and dental disposable products Disposable products are items that are not intended by the manufacturer to be reused more than once or a few times as compared to more permanent serviceable and reusable items. Some products that have disposable versions are:
  • diapers

Chemed also maintains a portfolio of investments that contributes to net income growth. Among these investments are Omnicare Inc., the largest independent U.S. provider of pharmacy management services to the long-term care long-term care (LTC),

Chemed's low stock price in 1995 was $30 3/4 and its high was $40 1/8. Chemed has paid a dividend for 102 consecutive quarters in its 25 years as a public company, and its annual dividend has increased every year.
