In the United States, the term "manufactured home" specifically refers to a house built entirely in a protected in Arizona and the largest manufacturer of Park Model homes in the country. Its subsidiaries also create manufactured and modular-home subdivisions, sell and lease security containers and provide healthcare management services. CAVCO's products are distributed via a dealership network throughout the West, Japan and Canada.
