    Microelectronic Materials -- advanced chemistry and services for
    semiconductor manufacturers, permitting them to offer businesses

    HTH Water Products -- products and related equipment and services

    HTH(R) branded consumer pool chemicals and chemicals and feeder
    technology for commercial pools, drinking water and industrial

    Treatment Products -- active ingredients and related services for
    industrial and consumer products, which provide biocidal and other
